I’m afraid not. I’ve know people to try some pretty daring things to try and clear up that unique odor, and unfortunately there’s no 100% method it seems.
One thing that is effective is partaking in this activity in a well ventilated area. Somewhere where the smoke won’t linger around you getting saturated in your clothes and skin. My brother then likes to eat an orange which also has a strong scent to help mask it.
Though once again, this is not 100% effective.

I’ve listen to this guy in the comments of the first google result returned for that "This is not an air purifier. It doesn’t have any filters. It simply releases ions into the air, probably a limited amount. Don’t expect this to improve air quality. If it did, they would surely market this. This is more of a novelty thing." Just smoke near the window maybe get a fan on the windowsil to blow it out even more.
