Its attached to your air handler and it removes 99.98% of allergens from the filtered air. Since its attached to your air handler, all the air in your house is sucked through it and filtered. I have one in my home. While its pricey (around $1,400.00) its not something you have to change every month. It removes particles as small as .1 micron. How small is that? 20 million particles that size could fit into the period at the end of this sentence. No other filter is as strong. Its 1200 times stronger than the little air filters in your bedroom. It has worked amazingly well. We're talkin, I don't even have to dust anymore! Best of luck.
