Remedies for headaches - at the office?

I get sinus/allergy-related headaches all the time. They are usually due to sinus pressure, but triggers include any unusual smell, such as recently laid tar, perfumes and colognes, even my hand sanitizer. Also, breathing in cold air gives me an instant head ache. As I describe it, the air is going up and feels like its freezing my brain. I get these head aches at least once a week and they are usually throbbing, light sensitive, temperature sensitive, and movement senisitive often accompanied with nausea.

I have tried taking all forms of prescription medications, such as Allegra-D, Zyrtec-D, and even behind-the-counter Claritin-D for my allergies, but to no avail.

I have been taking many different types of headache aspirins, but these work only about half the time. Moreover, I am afraid if I take aspirin too often and too regularly, it could be detrimental to my health.

Does anyone know of ways to ease headaches that is natural and can be used at the office? Not herbal, per se, but techniques that I can use to at least make the headache stop throbbing?

I’ve tried massaging my temples and massaging the pressure point between my thumb and index finger, but that doesn’t really help.

Scents trigger migraines, what type of air purifier should I buy?

I work in a small office and most people are very considerate, but sometimes we get clients/customers with perfume. Because of my migrianes, I'm extremely sensitive to the mildest perfumes. I've been thinking of getting an air purifier for my office. Any suggestions. Help…I constantly get headaches/migraines.
