My fiance’s parents have an air purifier in their home that puts ozone in to the air. They leave it running in their home about 85% of the time… I heard somewhere that this is dangerous for your health. Is this true? Does anyone have any more information about this? Thanks!
Where can I find a good but fairly affordable negative ion/ozone air purifier for my parents for Christmas?

I was given a HoneyWell 52500 air purifier a while back from a friend. I’m not sure how much it was used or if the filter or pre-filter was replaced because his parents gave it to him.
Is there anyway I can tell if it needs a new prefilter and/or a new filter? Together they cost nearly 0, so I’d rather not just buy it for the heck of it.

Both my parents smoke and with this thing in my chest tht noone seems to know what it could be, I'm hoping an air purifier might help.
