like NYC? How do you handle it?
I’m just a very sensitive person health wise and mental wise, but at the same time I’m fast paced/and can handle the pace. But …I have asthma and get prone to being sick, and I’m going to be around much worse air, pollution, people everywhere, more germs, more exposure.
How do I handle that type of an environment, if I have to work/live there, but if I have asthma, and am prone to being sick more, etc?
Should I just up the prevention?
Meaning take more herbals, eat better, drink more water, carry more hand sanitizer?
What else can one do?
You can’t really avoid the bad air, especially during the summer!

Also anxiety wise let’s face it, NYC can be a scary place.More sharks, more competition, more people, more unscertainty, the whole terrorism aspect. Alot of it.
How can someone handle this city mentally and also health wise, and not let it destroy you?
I live in NJ so it’s not that far away and I can handle alot of it, and I can handle NJ, so NYC isn’t really that far away but I want to be careful, because it just seems more dangerous in many ways.
It’s not a very healthy place.
Or is it?
You DO walk more and that’s my fear.
walk more, breathe in worse air, etc.
