Best solution to laser printer fumes?
What’s the best solution to laser printer fumes (i.e. air cleaner, HEPA purifier, etc.)?
What’s the best solution to laser printer fumes (i.e. air cleaner, HEPA purifier, etc.)?
I love using aromatherapy (but very new to it) and currently I am using a small glass dish with a tea-light to heat the oils. Now I want to get an air filter/purifier to clean the air in my home office (where I also use the aromatherapy oils). When I use the air cleaner/purifier, will it "clean" the scent of my aromatherapy, basically making it useless and a waste to heat the oils?
I have noticed that when I put my air purifier on for long periods of use with the ionizer on in the same room where my birds are, my bird starts to act strange. He suddenly has a night fright type reactions and also chirps differently, runs in a circle on the floor like in a panic or something.
He is a 13 year old lovebird and have never seen him react like this before until I got a new air purifier called Sharp plasmacluster ionizer.
My question is, is my bird being affected by this air cleaner somehow?
I need an air cleaner in eliminating pet particles, mold, dust mites, smoke, gases, etc.; preferably one that has a filter that can be just wiped off and put back in or filters that are not real expensive. I have heard that Carrier Air Purifers are the best but just not sure. Looking to clean/purify approx. 800 sq. ft. And does an air cleaner eliminate radon or others gases that possibly could be in a basement?
I need the manuel for this item. Here is kenmore’s description of it
"The Kenmore Electrostatic Air Cleaner quickly and effectively reduces airborne allergens and irritants in larger rooms of your home or home office - using a 3 stage cleaning system. Pre-filter collects large particles, the collecting cell charges and attracts smaller particulates, and lastly, an ionizer revitalizes the clean air. The washable filter system saves time and money because it eliminates buying or replacing extra filters. Control panel with LCD puts all the controls at your fingertips."
Where can I find it?
I have 3 bedrooms in my upstairs, combined about 600 sq. feet, I just bought an air cleaner good for 780 sq.feet, can I just put this on a wall in the hall and if the bedroom doors are open will to work in all the rooms? Thank you.
My husband will not smoke outside so I need a good air cleaner that will not be too expensive and easy on the electric bill.Any information will be helpful.Thanks.
They’re both around the same price and both seem pretty good to me.

i have to get some sort of air cleaner that will TAKE OUT THE SMELL from an old person’s room
i cannot leave the window open long enough because it’s really cold outside and the person lies in bed all day
so what can i do to rid the odor constantly, not using a "spray" all day?
There is so much dust in our flat that it makes me sneeze. We vacuum every 2-3 days but we do have any books and small items. While I am intent on de-cluttering, I was thinking of getting this air purifier - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-PREMIAIR-99-EFFECTIVE-HEPA-AIR-CLEANER-PURIFIER_W0QQitemZ120221274028QQihZ002QQcategoryZ43510QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
What do you think? Are these purifiers effective?
