Hiiiiiiiiii

As you know all the nerves meet at your palm. So, what you will do is when your head aches. Press the right thumb tightly by placing (holding basically) your two fingers (index and thumb) of left hand on both SIDES of the right thumb NAIL (NOT ON the nails). Keep pressing for 5 minutes.

Then do the same with your left thumb for 5 minutes.

Feverfew comes in a nice simple pill for MIGRAINES. which sounds like your issue seeing you have nausea and light triggers. Feverfew is a natural herbal remedy not meant to make you loopy like the OTCs you have tried, they only MAASK the issues.
I know that a daily dose of this simple herbal tonic has helped many office workers in the past who work at high stress jobs and have to be nice on their daily tasks to customers (which aint easy with a splitter)
I like the brand that is condensed as taking a ton of pills can be annoying and overwhelming.
Source Naturals has a freeze dried version that has worked for many who I have given it to. It will cost you probably less than 20 bucks a month to keep it at bay.
ALSO, colognes usually have Asthmatics in them and that triggers asthma in people, so avoid that office boy who bathes in Calvin Klein (it is one of the worst asthmatics next to Chanel #5 and Tommy Hilfiger colognes rate up there on the sneeze scale as well) so if you wear these synthetics, pehaps you should try some natural alternatives. Natural oils smell nice, and can be mixed for your desired scent, I personally LOVE Amber resin, but only the real stuff as some companies are out to synthesize all of our world. Another thing, Glade plug ins and Febreeze and things of this nature will cause lung infections, asthma and sometimes death in animals, so imagine what they are doing to you in your home, you would not be able to smell if it were on fire from the power of such ASTHMATICS.

I also get the same things, including eye strain. I usually go outside for some things, others you cant really help because it's in the ventilation.

Any time I get a headache, I don't use meds. I guzzle a bottle of water or some gatorade (G2 - less calories). I also have this one thing called a migrastick. It's peppermint & eucalyptus oil in a mini roll on tube. I put it on my temples, back of my neck & between my eyes. It seems to help out a ton. It cools the pressure points & also the smell is awesome, seems to block out the allergy-inducing smells.

Good luck! I feel your pain!
