I had a cat once like this. Unfortunately, they became so terrible he got very sick with a cold, which turned into an infection, and he did not make it. If you can afford it, take him to a vet. Cats unlike humans, can't speak, so it's hard to determine what actually triggered their allergies. It may be the artificial dyes, food additives or plastic material that they come in contact with. You never know. Try to bring your cats outdoor more often and let them come in contact with nature, fresh air and plants more often. Instinctively, animals know what's good for them and will seek them out. All the best to your cats!
