You’ll need probably either a small flat-bladed screwdriver, or a small socket wrench for the hose clamp.

When replacing the filter, wipe the inside of the air cleaner filter housing and the cover with a damp cloth.
To remove the air cleaner filter:
1 Loosen the screw. (screw-type hose clamp on tube going to intake)
2 Disconnect the electrical connector.
3 Unlatch the clips and remove the air cleaner cover.
4 Remove the air cleaner filter.
(reverse order to install)

Just undo the latches, and take the cover off. Then just pop out the old air filter and insert the new one!
