Honeywell Air Purifier for Mold all Through House?

  1. No. Your purifier is only going to get some airborne mold spores. The mold is making your home considered uninhabitable so you are allowed to break any lease.

    Keep in mind that depending on what kind of mold you have, it could effect your health alot more than you think. I would have it inspected. If you have Black mold, you could die. It is a very serious matter. Don’t wait any longer, take care of it immediately!

  2. The air purifier will not be enough. Mold can be removed with a 20% bleach and soap solution. The insulation and drywall really should be replaced. Start running a dehumidifier and clean all visable mold. You should not mess with asthma it can be fatal.

  3. Mold requires moisture and air to grow, between your walls is not a likely place to grow, usually you need a damp, rotting, wet, leaking zone, black common mold can grow on many surfaces, if not kept properly clean, try the product Zep mold and stain remover, that will kill all mold.
