I believe you are looking for technology that does not exist. Whenever you stir up the air, like with vacuuming, the surrounding air moves to fill in the space. During this movement, the dust is also stirred and hopefully ingested by the vacuum. However, no machine is 100% efficient, so you will always have leakage around the hose connections, brushes and other moving parts of the machine. If this weren’t bad enough, once you start moving the machine around, like you normally do when you are vacuuming, the efficiency drops dramatically. To add one more problem, even HEPA filters are only rated to 99.9% efficient down to 0.3 microns. So when you add up all the inefficiencies, you really are asking for something that is, so far, physically impossible to achieve.
The Dyson brand claims to be Asthma and Allergy Friendly certified, but if you look into that certification, you have to pay for it, so it is far from unbiased. We sell the Sun Pure SP-20C room air purifier at http://www.allergy-relief-air-purifier.com/portable-air-purifiers.html and they want us to give up nearly 10% of our profit to carry their sticker. We choose to sell to educated consumers who don’t need to be told by paid advertisers who pose as some sort of consumer watchdog. I hope this helps.
