Best Air Purifier To Remove Dust Particles?

  1. Your best bet is to go to a site called consumerreports.org, they are just fantastic. I’ve used them for several purchases over the past year and they do user reviews and rate everything from bubblegum to jet liners!

  2. I have a soleus air cleaner that seems to work fine. Their website is http://www.soleusair.com. I think they sell for around 200.

  3. I always have lived with a dusty room and decided to do some research on which purifier is best to remove dust. In all of my research I came up with The David Oreck Air Purifier to be the best product. It has a high powered fan that moves the air like none other and it is whisper quiet. They claim that the machine changes the air in a room every hour or so. The downside to this product is, of course, the price. It runs around 400 dollars.

I currently have a Ionic Breeze Air Purifier because I did not have enough money to buy one and asked for Christmas last year so my dad went with it since it was the cheapest he could find. It works fine but does not move the air and therefore is not nearly as efficient. The new Ionic Breeze products have fans which move the air.

I say when you are looking at these you make sure that they are metal filters and not ones that you have to replace or you will end up paying so much in replacement filters. The other point you should look for is how much do they actually move the air.
