Air Purifiers

i want to buy a air purifier for my home, as the place that i live in, has a very bad polluted environment.

ok so which is better… UV-C purifiers or those ionic breeze things or hepa filters or what? im lookin below 0 range and its a small bedroom proably around 15×20 feet

The air purifier in my office is an older model. A coworker advised me to rinse the lining (for a lack of better words) and use a canned air duster to blow it out.

I suffer major allergies from dust, pollen, mold and pets. I want an all-around purifier that helps with these and gas and chemicals.

I have done EXTENSIVE research and YES I know IQ Air is best but it’s rather large and expensive. Blue Air and Austin Air are highly rated as well, but they’re rather large for my bedroom. I have been looking into the Sharp Plasmacuster (not the model with the annoying upkeep of the humidifier) and Rabbit Air as well, which are more stylish and a tad cheaper. Anyone with experience with any of these or suggestions?

and the masks we bought you can still smell the smoke through the mask. We also have two air filters in the bedroom but they don’t really work as well as I would like them to. He knows he should stop smoking but he has tried and it didn’t work out.
PLEASE stop the " tell him to go outside" it is below zero here. I want info on air filters/ purifiers and face masks only.
Again stop with the lessons, I do not want a lesson, if I did I would have asked for a lesson. Everyone has an addiction have t be smoking, coffee, pop, sex, internet, tv or even drinking. So please stop " being a teacher" and give me the answers I was looking for and not a speach.

How does ozone work? I am making a ozone purifier that should clean exhaust fumes for a school project………so can u please explain..i already know a little bit

that is what I’m about to purchase - any recommendations?
I have severe dust allergies (sorry that got cut off). I have SEVERE dust and asthma - I need clean air. I clean like a nut but nothing really helps.

I know there are a lot of variables to take into consideration, but any information will help. We are looking for our house, to help with dust removal. Thanks.
