Air Purifiers

I have the ionic breeze and every one knows that thing causes bad ozone. So today i went to buy the ozone guard to add-on. All is it of the ozone guard is a metal plate.. Does anyone know what kind of metal or plate is it? cuz im thinking of doing an homemade one because that ozone guard is too small for my tall quadra.

Generally how much would a basic hair purifier for one room cost? My mother smokes and I would like to have one room in the house that I can escape too… lol.

I drive a 2004 Chevy Malibu Classic and i wanted to know how often are u suppose to change the air filter?

i want to spend no more then 400 on the unit its self i want one that is inexpensive to maintain ive seen one thats you have to put like 150 bucks into every 6 months for filters and hepa replacements i understand filters need to eb changes but i would prefer one that is less often or more inexpensive.

i currently have a honeywell 18155 and its just not doing the job my room is 108 sq feet my main problem is dust mine has a cadr rating of 150 for dust so obivously i need one with a better rating for dust

and prefer not to get the sharper image ones cause way to many mix reviews about those.. please help me out

Any suggestions? Preferably one that does not need its filters replaced.

I saw some at Sharper Image that were quite expensive, I never had one of those, but it supposedly helps clean the air and makes you healthier….true? Is it worth the money spent?

I recently purchased a 2006 ninja 650r that would turn over but not fire. The battery is fully charged, there’s fresh fuel in the tank, I have spark at the plugs, the fuel pump is working fine, and there’s good compression. I did notice that the air filter is pretty dirty. Would something that simple be enough to keep the engine from firing?
Pulled the filter and it still doesn’t run. I guess it’ll go into the shop next……

I just bought a oscillating fan with ionizer and i was wondering what process is the air going through to put ions in the air.

I know they cost a lot of money, but are the ionic breeze air purifiers better that the ones with filters?
